We had a marvelous time on our short tour. We’re taking a week or so off and then hitting the studio to work on writing and recording our third album. We’ll have news about upcoming shows over the coming months, but it’s looking like we’ll have a forced hiatus until 2021. Stay well!
We’re taking off on Wednesday for a very short run of shows. Please spread the word if you have friends in these areas:
We encourage you to vote in the next election. You can find the relevant information here: https://www.vote.org/
We’ll be off on a mini-tour the first week of November, visiting Omaha (B Bar), Saint Louis (Evangeline’s and BB’s Jazz, Blues and Soups), and Mishawaka (the famous Midway Tavern). Please spread the word to your Blues-loving friends in these areas. After the tour, we’ll be heading to the studio to polish up our third album. It’s unlikely that we’ll have many shows until later in the winter. We’re already booking into summer and fall of 2021 and we’re excited for what’s to come. We love you and hope you and yours are healthy and making it through these tough times.
Our performance at the Pyramid in Lake Mills on 10/23 will be our last in the area for a long while. We’ll be on tour during the first part of November and then Covid restrictions will likely force us to take some much-needed time in the studio to work on our third album. So we hope you’ll join us later this month. We suggest that you arrive early for a good seat. It appears that you can even book a table in advance via their website. Perhaps you can also do so by calling ahead.
We’re elated to be performing at the Thrasher Opera House on Friday evening. There are a few tickets left. Get ’em while you can.
The East Side Club extended their summer concert series on lake Monona for another weekend. We’ll be playing there on Saturday form 4:30-7:30. The weather should be lovely and there’ll be plenty of socially-distanced seating.
